Refund Policy

AutoApply does not offer refunds on any subscription plan. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. If you have billing questions, contact support@autoapply.com.au.

Access until end of billing period

If you cancel your subscription, you keep full access to AutoApply until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no immediate cut-off.

No refunds on any plan

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both the Starter plan ($19.99/wk or $49.99/mo) and the Pro plan ($159.99/wk or $499.99/mo). By subscribing you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Free trial requires no payment

New users receive 5 Pro-quality AI-tailored applications for free, with no credit card required. The free trial is not a subscription and incurs no charge. If you do not subscribe after the trial, you are not billed.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing inside your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Charged in error?

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us at support@autoapply.com.au within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this refund policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved with us directly, you may escalate to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your relevant state consumer affairs office.
